Welcome! If you're here because you're seeking professional help with a difficult situation, you're in the right place. Understanding yourself at a deeper level is key to progress and development, and there is only so far one can get with self-help books and podcasts. Not to say those aren't a great start. They are, but if you are looking for something tailored specifically to you, you'll experience more efficiency in recognising the patterns that surround you, and learning an effective way to navigate them favourably. With nearly 20 years experience in the field, having this as my full-time and only job, I have ended up specialising in individual therapy for expats but have also treated a large number of non-expats. So whether you are living in the UK with no intention of leaving, or if you have lived or plan to live abroad, or are in a relationship with such a person, send me an email and give therapy a go.

Availablity on zoom

I do all of my sessions over Zoom, either for geographical reasons or because many of my clients find it more convenient to have therapy from the comfort of their own home/office/etc. All you need is a stable Internet connection and privacy. In my experience Zoom sessions are no less effective than those done in person, which is why they are becoming ever more popular especially in today's time pressured environment. Read my reviews and give it a try.

Is it for me?

There can be many reasons which bring a person to counselling or psychotherapy. A few of these might be:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Difficulties with mood
  • Irrational fears
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Work related issues
  • Mental, physical and sexual abuse
  • Family problems
  • Relationship issues
  • Parenting issues

  • Learning problems
  • Post-traumatic stress

Reviews & Feedback from Online Clients

Many clients choose online sessions because they are flexible, comfortable and just as effective as meeting in person. Here is what some of them shared about working together via Skype and Zoom.

“I've followed my therapy sessions via Skype, which for me was a very convenient way of having these conversations. From the comfort of my own home, or any other peaceful place I preferred, I could have my sessions at any time. I didn't feel I was missing anything compared to in-person sessions.”

Client #1

“All my sessions were done via Skype as I am living in Australia! At first I didn’t know whether such an arrangement would work, but it turned out to be just as effective — sometimes even better. I could join from home, work, the car, even my patio. The connection was clear, I felt very close and focused. Just make sure your internet is fast!”

Client #2

“I actually chose online therapy because of the Skype sessions. I was travelling a lot, so it was convenient to ‘take my therapist with me’. I didn't have to start from scratch with someone new every time. I could stay in my safe environment and didn’t have to travel anywhere. It made everything feel much safer — especially on difficult days.”

Client #3

“It was really convenient to have a session over Skype — it saved me the travel time and effort, and I could do the sessions from home, even with a late-night coffee. The therapy process stayed fully on track, and I always felt focused.”

Client #4

“The online sessions gave me flexibility in timing and location. I could be in a familiar environment and relax better. For me there was no difference between Skype and regular sessions — we discussed everything just as deeply, and progress was the same.”

Client #5

“I first had sessions in the office, then switched to Skype — and I actually found it easier. Being at home helped me express myself more freely. The quality of the work stayed exactly the same — always professional, always focused.”

Client #6

“I started therapy in person in Budapest, then continued online after moving away. I didn’t notice a big difference — she was just as available, attentive, and effective over Skype. The psychological progress was exactly what I needed.”
